If you are not fully satisfied with your order, reach out so we can help. Return your item new and complete within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.


Warranty Coverage

Manufacturer direct warranty through Power Acoustik, 1-year term.

Return Shipping: We will provide return shipping labels in most cases (some exceptions apply).


Power Acoustik Returns and Exchanges

Power Acoustik values the customer and wants to make returns seamless. If you have a new product and are not pleased with the performance, simply request a return.


30-Day Returns

You may return or exchange unused and complete purchases within 30 days.

Out-of-box defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products are covered under returns and are exchange only. Defects after 30 days fall under manufacturer warranty terms.


Full Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a minimum one-year warranty for repair or replacement against defect. Coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer, and Power Acoustik will make sure the warranty is honored.

The provider of warranty coverage is listed in the Features/Specifications section of the product manual. Contact the manufacturer or our returns team within the initial 30 days of purchase.


Important Warranty Details

  • Refund or exchange option for new returns only. All other returns are subject to exchange or repair at the manufacturer's discretion.

  • Refunds are returned to the same form of payment used at purchase or issued as store credit.

  • Products must be new and show no signs of use or installation, or Power Acoustik will not honor the return.

  • If we receive any return outside the scope of “NEW” status, we may accept the return and charge a restocking fee.

Any sign of use may classify the return as not new, including:

  • Missing, used, or broken parts and accessories

  • Original product packaging is damaged

  • A different serial number that does not match our shipment

  • Physical damage in any form to the product

  • Damage that occurred during the return shipping process

  • Loudspeakers and amplifiers will be tested upon receipt—any evident signs of use (including blown or fried status) will negate the return


Receipt of Damaged Products

Power Acoustik allows 10 calendar days from the delivery date to receive notification of any damage that occurred during delivery.


Refund Process

Power Acoustik will normally process your exchange or refund within five business days from the date the return is received.


Restocking Fee Exceptions

There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened, or if the purchase and return occur within: AL, CO, HI, IA, MS, OH, OK, SC, and where prohibited by law.


Defective Products

Defective product is covered through an exchange of the same product within our return period.

If the product is discontinued or unavailable, you will be eligible for non-refundable store credit toward another product.

After 30 days, defective product is covered under warranty coverage as stated above.

If a product is returned missing accessories and/or packaging, and the product is not in stock for exchange, we will send the product for warranty repair to the manufacturer.


Return Shipping Costs

  • All customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Original paid shipping costs for orders will be deducted from your refund for any return not considered DOA.

  • International customers and those outside the 48 Continental USA are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.


Missing Packages

Missing packages require notification within 48 hours of delivery. We will not cover replacement or refund for notifications after this 48-hour period.

If we have proof of delivery, we will assist in filing a claim. Refunds or replacements are only issued in very specific cases.
